Refund

GAME STORE PAVILION

Bought some things online.

I received an email that "my parcel has been collected" when I got to the store the next morning, the online manager told me "that they had took the parcel due to me not collecting it in time, so they collected it, parcel will be returned, canceled and that I will be refunded in 3 days"

It has now been a week and my mobicred account has no "refund reflecting" on my account

I can't contact the store because the numbers aren't working either!
