Refund

I bought a phone on November 13, it was supposed to be deliver on November 27 but they couldn't deliver so I asked for my refund. I have tried calling and sending them emails but didn't get assistance. I'm so fed up with game stores, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This is the third time I'm writing to Hello peter ,the only response I get is that they will look into the matter. I wonder what's taking so long for me to get my money back.
