Refund

Please assist, I was told that my account was handed over to vericred I then paid off the outstanding balance owed to Game however I over paid. I was contacted by one of Games consultants who confirmed to me that my funds would be credited into my account within 45 days as per communication from Vericred, It is past the 45 days and I still have not received my funds. Please urgently sort this out.
