Refund

My order number- *** I will say I missed the order due to not having someone at our reception. I then called the driver who told me the order might or might be given to him to deliver the next day, alright the next day I called the courier that's used by Game and explained the urgency of me receiving the parcel. Unfortunately I was told they can't deliver meaning delivery will be done a day after. Well I called Game to advise that since this order consists of nappies I can't wait another day and requested for a refund. I then got calls finding out if I received my parcel. I then told the agents please refund me, even sent an email to refund me. I then got a call to ask me about the refund of which I confirmed. I then received an email from Zubair who told me they have a technical error and he will come back once they are back online. to date he never came back to me. I called the online department this morning and I was told he was coming in at 09:00 am or 10:00am. He is not even bothered by returning my emails or calls.
