Refund

I ordered a computer monitor from Game online during lock down on 19 April 2020. On that day it was announced that it was an essential item. I paid R1399 for the item plus delivery. After payment they informed me that it was not an essential item. I cancelled the order. I'm still waiting for the refund. After numerous emails and telephone calls I am really at wits end.
