Refund

I have been waiting for a refund from game since the 28 of August 2023, I keep on calling their call centre and Im getting nowhere , on the 28 I received an email saying my refund will be processed within 3-5 days today its day 15 , I have been asked to provide my account number which I did still nothing ,after they said they will refund the money to where it came from, no one has come back to me I am so upset
