I have complaint with refunds department at Game I was requested to send my bank details for the refund to be processed and that it would take 3-5 working days, that was on Monday when I called , I decided to call to today as I have not received the funds and I was advised that I have to wait for another 3-5 working days because they didn’t capture my account details correctly I am very disappointed with this incompetency at Game
