Reception staff with no phone etiquette or manners.

Trying to get hold of someone who can give me simple information about a store card, waiting on the phone for the last 10 minutes.

Whoever is at reception right now at 16:08 is INCREDIBLY rude. She would not even allow me to finish speaking before putting the phone down and transferring my call out.
