Reasons Game is going down the toilet

I went to Game Key West this morning to look for a soundbar it was around 9:30 after 15 to 20 mins of standing around and after I held a other customer who was looking for information on a TV to buy and then telling him to go to incredible connection. Then I decided to go take my business somewhere else. On my way out I asked a gentleman if I could speak to a manager, where I was taken all the way back to the same department, where the manager was leaning against a shelf playing on her phone with 5 to 7 more staff members were standing around or on thier phones less than 10m from the sound bars where I needed assistance.

This is not the first time I have poor service complaint. As a previous retail manager this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. My staff was always focused on the clients and not more interested on social media. This is the reason Game is loosing business and I won't be surprised to hear on the news tomorrow games closed down over night
