"Really DISGRUNTLED by the service I received from Game."

It's been almost half a month now and I haven't yet received my BICYCLE from Game in Centurion Mall. I took my TOTEM - 24" XC110 MOUNTAIN BICYCLE first week this month(October), till today I haven't heard from Game.
