really bad service

Hi I ordered a defy washing machine online with game on the 5th of December and now they tell me it will take 10 working days. No communication after many calls to them asking for a manager to call me back still no call back and than they gave me a tracking number for a courier company and I than called them only to be told that the tracking number does not exist. Ten went into the game store in cresta and asked two see the manager and the lady just said they don't handle online orders but on the web it says they do online orders than I was told they don't have the defy washing machine on the floor i than walked to it and found it on the floor than went two try call the manager and she just sat behind her glassed in area so my whole deals with game has been nothing but very bad service and I will never have anything two do with them again.Please feel free two let me know if anyone else has had this type of service from game .
