Really annoyed

*Bad review*

Bought our son his first bike from Game Stores and in less than 21 days it was broken, we then took it in for repairs at Game Stores at westwood mall. Then we were told to pay for them to fix it. Fair enough, but now its been almost a month and the bike has still not been fixed and is sitting in the store doing im not sure what. We tried to query but the assistants in the shop are not even sure who told us to pay for the bike to get fix. We are waiting for a phone call that was suppose to happen on Monday, which never did. Now my son keeps asking for his bike. Some assistance game please?! What do I tell my son, where is his bike?!
