RCS/GAME, WASTE OF TIME

I got a RCS account through GAME! I pay it every month and today after paying, I am told I cannot use the card because it has a block on it!! I don't understand, this had never happened before nor has my account ever been in arrears!

I need a response asap because I cannot be going up and down like an idiot and wasting money calling RCS when Consultans are telling me different stories!!
