RCS/Game Stores - Absolute worst client service
I live in Namibia and have tried since April to get a statement of my Game account with absolutely no luck. I have made numerous international calls to RCS every time having to hold on for hours at a time, costing me a fortune and no one answering the phone. When I phone Gam stores they redirect me to RCS. They have the absolute worst client service!
