RCS/Game service lacking
I have started the credit insurance claims request/process on 4 May already. I have completed claim form sent and have furnished required documents 2 or 3 times already and still I have not received any help from you. Today I receive an sms that my credit insurance will lapse if my account is not paid. When requesting status on my claim I keep getting asked to send documents which I have already done! Please, someone needs to see things through as service like this is not very professional.

Please note that it has now been 7 days since your response to my complaint on Hello Peter on 11 June.
2 days later I received a generic response that my complaint was received and will be tended to and to date I have had no further assistance to sort my credit insurance claim.
I have been receiving messages that my credit insurance protection will lapse if payment is not received and I have been receiving calls asking for payment.
It is very concerning that this matter is being dealt with so poorly. I do sympathize with the fact that working under these conditions must be taxing, but for a matter to be taking this long to sort, as well as being asked on a few occasions to resend documents is not on.
I hope this is sorted soonest as my credit record is affected by actions beyond my control thanks to this delay and lack of help.
