RCS retrenchment

Game RCS credit balance protection plan is a ****. You paying every month the account and some money goes to credit insurance protection for retrenchment, death ,disability etc. When you claim for retrenchment they only pay for 6 months and expect you to pay afterwards. Customer must not opt for that benefit because is a **** you should pay your account without any money going to insurance because it only benefit them not what it intended for.
