Rcs rejects

I paid my Game card R350 through my daughter's ikhoka card machine on the 31 May 2023. I have the proof. On the 5th oh May 2023 I paid anonther R319.60 with link Game send me with a sms. I have proof that that amount went off from the bank. I went to Game in Lichtenburg for assistance with this matter. The lady that assisted to somebody on the phone and I was informerd to send my proof of payments via email. The email address that was provided rejects my email. I tried 3 email addresses which also rejected my email with the proof of payment. Seems to me RCS and Game is messing with clients by this way of operating. If anybody wants proof that my emails was rejected I will gladly pass it on. I'm disgusted with this issue
