Rcs money card

I am so disgusted with game at Carnival mall. I drove twice to the mall with no help with my rcs card even after their head office instructed them on what to do instead they made me use my cellphone to call customer service and the guy was not helpful at all and couldn't care less about my struggles, he looked so annoyed and the customer care line kept on transfering me from one department to another with no help until I left the store and thr store couldn't even care instead the guy offered to cancel my request just to get rid of me
