RCS Game Unprofessional and Very Poor Service

This Is the Worst Service I Eva Recived from RCS .Game Account gets Handed over after a Whole 1 Year of No one Calling you back On the Quirey made on the Account . Mach 2018 to Now .Because Everyone in the Call center hands over the Documents to the next person .After sending All documents 4 times tp 4 diffrent PEOPLE at the call center .No phone call or Email for a Year until now Account handed over. NO One wants to do the Job and help the Customer.Even the Surperviser Can't help and make you sound like a lying .This is so disapointing and Unprofessional that I will not Be buying anything from Any Game Store again. OR Even settling the Account because of How I am been Handled.
