Rcs game store card customer service a nightmare

Rcs game customer service is a nightmare,you call on a daily trying to get assistance logging into their app which is not user friendly, no assistance whatsoever. Transactions decline on Rcs game card but getting it reversed proves to be an impossible task . Their customer service team favourite word is escalate , 8 days later after multiple escalation no resolution no action just me with an unreversed transaction and an app that does not allow me to log in . Worse there is no reference numbers to any query everyday you call and have to explain from scratch what your query is . The customer service team is a mess nothing ever gets resolved . I still couldn’t make a transaction since last week Monday and no one can asssist . My funds still not reversed 8 days later . The app , what a useless tool .
