RCS Game

Good morning i have log a call on the 12th of January complaining that i have pay my installment for December on the 8th of December ***. A nice lady called me on the 13th of January saying that they are fixing the error, ever since then I'm getting a call every 3 hourly stating my account is in arrears, they are demanding payment of which I did pay. Yesterday a very rude lady called me saying even if I take the matter further I will still need to pay the December money, please can you assist to put the matter to rest. I feel I'm being harassed and punished to making payment early to make avoid being late.
