RCS GAME ACCOUNT REFUSAL TO CLOSE ACCOUNT
I settled my account around June.. Then on 21 June I requested my Game account to be closed and the lady I spoke to instructed me to spend the R68.92 credit so that they can close the account which I did. To my horror I got a response that I need to pay R120. 09 in order for the account to be closed and this is after I sent a follow up email a week before... They need to reverse this amount and close this account or face the full might of the law
