RCS - ***** Reported on Card - Nothing being Done for almost 4 months !!!

Reported ********** activity on my RCS Makro immediately, this was 3 1/2 months ago and still no word or contact from RCS or any of their representatives. Emails get ignored, no customer service whatsoever.

Interest gets charged even though my account has been blocked. Even though I still service my account, they couldn't be bothered to communicate in any way.
