RCS card or not?

When I app**** for the game card I was told it is now a RCS card and I could use it everywhere I see the sign.

Friday I went to cashbuild and they said they can't help with my card, Saturday I went to engen which is on the RCS list and was told they don't accept the game card because it's a store card. It needs to be the actual RCS card. I have emailed game for feedback but no one calls or replies. Can I have answers please?

I put petrol in my car Saturday with money I don't have thinking I can use my card only to be told I will have to pay cash. I felt like a joke and used my last cash.

Someone call me asap and explain!
