RCS CARD BILLED FOR NOTHING

On 8 June 2017 I requested a settlement amount on my card in game bayside mall and i settled the account on the same day. I asked the lady at the card counter if they'd be any card charges if i don't close the account and just leave it at zero balance. She confirmed that they'd be no charges on the card if on zero until I decide to use it. Fast forward to August I wanted to use the card and was told it's blocked because I've missed 2 payments as I owe R226 on it. I phoned the call centre while in the store and the lady who was assisting me said she didn't know why I had been charged because she could see that my account was settled. She promised that she'd send an email to finance to sort it out, instead I've just received an sms asking me to make a payment. This is unacceptable because I don't know what I'm being charged for and you're messing up my credit score because now according to you I've missed payments on an account that I left at zero. Please sort out this mess and then just close the account to avoid drama like this in future
