RCS Additional Charges

They can not explain the charges on my statement - my account is being charged a monthly vat fee- the call center agents do not understand what is happening and when I ask for a manager I get passed from Pillar to post and than you get left on hold until they disconnect your call.

RCS messed up my Edgar's account when I was trying to close it as well. I do not know why I expected any better from their Game stores

Catch 22 because if I do not pay, my credit score goes down the drain and if I do, they will think it is right what they are doing
