Rantsimo TV

It has been over 7 weeks since we had a complain for a broken TV with game stores Mall of the North. So a salesman at game sold us a broken TV. They are now taking us from Pillar to post. Apparently there has been a hearing with this guy but Rejoice from Game Tzaneen says she did the hearing and Justice must give us information but they are bidding about the bush. Why are we not informed about the results is a mistery. Please help us, we don't have a TV and we are not being refunded or at least inform us of what is happening. Why are the guys refusing to give us better quality service?? Game is a big store, surely you have insurance for such things. Arg man the service is pathetic
