Raleigh mxr 29er

<p>I bought a Raleigh MXR 29 er at East gate game on the 27/11/2016 for Christmas and opened it on the 25/12/2016, after assemble of the bike the gears and brakes did not work properly and i had to pay R400.00 at a bicycle shop to set up the gears and brakes on my firs ride i noted that the shocks has play on them and there is a knock noise on the right paddle. I phoned game today 28/12/16 and told them my story they said they will not refund me and if i want them to fix it i have to wait until after the 15th January 2017 because the workshops are close. I am not a happy customer please advise me on how to work.</p> <p>Brian Steenkamp 082 ********** </p>
