Raleigh BMX still not delivered

I bought a Raleigh BMX at Gameonline on 26th Nov 2021. They emailed me with order no.***. On 29th I received an email saying my order was dispatched from the warehouse and it is on its way. Till this day I have not received my order.

On the 6th Dec I sent an email to enquire about the ETA and they never responded to my query. On the 8th Dec I phoned the customer service and the agent confirmed my order was dispatched and on its way.

While I was still on the phone with him, he promised to provide me with the tracking number, waited..waiited..and waited for him to give it to me. while waiting he confirmed my email address and asked to hold the line. While holding he then hanged the phone off.

I am so disappointed and livid by this kind of service. Game online are like ********. They promise and never deliver. You have to chase after them after a purchase. How can as a customer be treated in this kind of manner?? I am truly disappointed.
