Raleigh bicycle.

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of product I bought at Game in springs mall.On the 28 February 2024 I bought Raleigh bicycle and my son ride it only one day after school ,the chain was out and the seat was loose.I took it back to Game and they told me that warranty is not covering the chain I must fix the bicycle by myself. No one told me when I purchased the bicycle. I had to call Raleigh by myself because no one was willing to assist even the Manager .Basically I bought a bicycle and the next day I had to fix I.It was very unfair to me because the reason why I don't buy from pawn shop .I was avoiding to fix brand new products. I was helpless and frustrated but sad part is the money is already paid to Game and thet didn't care.Poor service and daily *******.
