Raleigh 29er MTB

The bicycle comes with defects and has poor quality.<br> I purchased the MTB due to value for money but the bike came with defect where the left pedal fell off whilst cycling.<br> <br> The manufacturer Raleigh has a policy of repairing not replacing which is poor as the bike was repaired three times but did not get rectified. I was reimbursed by Game with a voucher to the value of the bike. I returned to the store to find an alternative brand of bike. I met another customer who experienced another branded MTB from the store with a different problem which caused him too fall off. <br> The in store technician was assembling a Raleigh for this customer to replace his returned faulty MTB but the Raleigh had so many problems that the technician couldn't assemble it correctly.<br> The technician then accused me of buckling the Raleigh rim and returning it under false pretence which was not possible as I couldn't ride the bike long enough to cause such a problem.<br> The false accusation is a poor attempt to protect their brand and keep sales ticking over!<br> <br> My advice to all is to seek tried and tested brands by joining forums or groups which are MTB inclined before purchasing your next MTB.<br>
