****** still exists

I went to buy a TV at game mall of the north yesterday around 18:30. To my shock when they were checking the tv for any cracks and it’s working some lady came and started shouting at the guy who was assisting me in front of the customers and saying that I have to be refunded because the tv license used was not mine. That I understand but during the refund process she was shouting at me “****** blacks, arg you sign here and leave the store” (she is white hence calling me “****** blacks”)

I was with my son who is 5 and I kept quiet because I could see how scared he was from the shouting and she still screamed at me when I was about to leave the store “hey hey sign this one also”
