Racial service

I was unhappy with the merefect that I'm black the store manager never showed up when we asked to be helped by him and a white lady last week came and had a complain to make and she called him for assistance and he was there and me I called him he decided not o come as I requested him to see me. Race it's an issue I can't believe we still have racial issues in this day an age.
