R700 Bauer pan broke after 1 month

I bought a bauer pan at game for abiut R600-R700 and its suppose to be the best pan ever but after having it for about a month ir so the handle fell off while using it after using it only a few times. Who can i contact regarding this because i lost my till slip and the atore wont exchange without a slip and i cant find bauers details online.
