R5000 FOR A BROKEN OVEN

On the 4th April we bought a Defy Oven for R5000 from Game Keywest.

We brought the oven home and it was installed on the 10th April. On the 11th April we got two electricians out because the stove wasn't working and our lights kept tripping. TWO DIFFERENT electricians confirmed that the oven of the stove was faulty and cannot be used. We called Game and reported this and they sent out a technician on the 12th April. The electrician confirmed that it was the oven (the wires of this "new" stove were completely burnt and it needs a new part. Had I not been in hospital this week, I would of insisted we get a new one. But my hubby was busy running around for me so he went along with the technician saying he will come and change the part once it arrives in stock. It is now the 25th April and the part still hasn't arrived. Why is this my problem game???? Why is this my problem Defy???? I don't care who the fault lies with, what I care about is the fact that I have spent R5000 on a FAULTY BROKEN oven that doesn't wor****!!! Why do I not have a NEW stove?????/ Why must I phone and beg for someone to sort this out?? Why must I drive up and down meeting with different managers and spend money on phone calls when nothing gets done. I WANT A NEW STOVE!!!!!!!!!! I paid my money for a product that doesn't work, I have waited over two weeks for this problem to be sorted out and now it is time to throw my toys out the cot. GAME KEYWEST AND DEFY, GET YOUR **** TOGETHER AND SORT MY PROBLEM OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
