R5 deal false

I visted the Menlyn Branch for rhe R5 special on the Canon cameras. I was one of the customers to have waited outside for the doors to open. We were probably 30-40 people max waiting. When we entered we simply couldn't find the cameras. We searched the store thinking it might have become a scavenger hunt. After searching for about 10 min, we asked a staff member about it and was informed it is out of stock. However, no one has found any. So why weren't we informed before entering? Feels like false advertising! People are suspecting staff took the product as we got different reasons for the absence of the product. Highly disappointed in the service. I won't be returning again.
