R300.00 refund my accounts are closed long time ago
my account with game was closed in July 2019 and RCS account was closed in December 2019, i made a mistake by paying R300.00 via internet banking into game account on the 20/12/2019 , today when i asked for the refund they do not want to refund me , i called *** spoke to Monwabisi he said they will never refund because my accounts were closed, why did i pay knowing that my accounts are closed
