R2500 for charging pin on 1 year old Lenovo laptop
The charging pin on my son's 1 year old Lenovo laptop broke so I booked it to Game Pinetown for repair. It came with a 2 year warranty. They call & say not under warranty as its due to negligence so they going charge. I say please quote. After 1 month & several calls I rec. sms of R1961.00 quote.(which is exhorbitant to repair the charging pin only). So I wrote to H/office & they revert saying they replacing PC board & back cover. Nothing wrong with these parts & they trying to rip me off. I waiting now nearly 2 months for them to replace the charging pin (costs
