R250 Coupon in Birthday Scratch-and-Win Competition a Big R0
I 'won' a R250 coupon on 29 May in the Birthday Scratch and Win Competition. The sms did not explain anything and so I tried to use it at my Game store. They recommended that I use it online. The coupon did not work online. I called their customer service and they requested a screenshot of the coupon, which I did on 3 June. They promised to rectify it in a day or two. To date I have not received any news. What a waste of time and effort.

20 Jun 2024, 14:50Michael from Game sent a message on 11 June which explained how the voucher code should be used. On 12 June I rep**** to confirm that I tried all that he suggested and even more. I still have not heard anything from them after that.
