R0.04 debit order deduction

I made a payment to put my account on a zero balance with Game/Dion in december but in January i had a debit order deduction of R7.20 and now in February i received notification that R0.04 has been deducted from my account. This deduction was really unnecessary becuase the bank charges for a debit order deduction are greater than the R0.04 that was taken from my account. According to my knowledge there should have not been any deductions from January becuase i paid my account. I did not mind the deduction of R7.20 but R0.04 deduction is atrocious.
