Quick to take Money but very slow to refund a person
I have been waiting for over 5 days now for a refund on a product that showed in stock but then was out of stock. they told me i would be refunded within 2-5 days and I'm still waiting even after consulting with then nothing has happened. very quick to take your money but extremely slow to give it back

08 Aug 2024, 21:03this is absolutely pathetic. i have not hear anything and when contacting customer service, they give the same reply as you have. i want my money and if you not going to give it back to me then im going to have you guys up for theft. i want my money back ASAP
