"Quick and painless!"
I was at Game in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria, this morning to return a faulty coffee percolator.
At the Customer Service counter, I was assisted immediately by a kind lady. No mess, no fuss - the return was sorted out "quickly and painlessly".
