Que ed for hours

I was in Game yesterday and was looking for a Coffey grinder. as I walked in there was a Que and it didn't bother much but as I got to it it seemed it didn't move and the people where piling on in the 2 ques, the managing staff just wandered around and did not think to help the cashier that I think is stupid for not calling them. but it is mos that if it is not my job it is not my problem. we didn't move for about 15 minutes and that is just pathetic. as I got to the till only then was a 3rd cashier opened to help the people, it is a disgrace that you employ people in high up positions that is so slap gat that they do not take the problem and start solving it they just wonder round the shop looking at the ques growing and people waiting in the same spot phone me and I will explain nicely how all went down
