Quality issue on tv's
Game and their TV's I can't believe this pathetic items they are selling first I bought a Telefunken TV from game were I had to return this TV two months later because it had a fault. So I exchanged it after a big hassle and inconvenience with no good customer service what so ever. So we paid an extra R999.99 exstra for a Samsung TV and with no supprise this TV also has a fault with a line through the TV. Well I think this is absolutely a inconvenience and a waste of my time to drive up and down to game to exchange tv,'s this TV is only 29 day's old! And it is having a problem again? I have to think that game is sitting with a quality issue and they don't care what inconvenience they customers has to go through. This is giving a bad name to game and i feel that I should rather take my money elsewhere if this is how their service is and the quality of their products are. I hope this problem doesn't go unforseen. Very disappointed

I made contact with the manager, Cheslyn whom you spoke to telephonically. Cheslyn made an appointment with Peter, Store Manager from the Watercrest store for when you can book in the TV. This was done as he is aware of your query.
We also didn't want you to go to a store where they did not know the situation and query at hand.
Peter has confirmed that the Samsung TV has been booked in for an assessment and once (Sumsung) can confirm if the device is non-repairable will a full refund be processed to you.
