Putrid service. No customer care at all

I am really dissapointed at the service ive recieved from game lenasia. Utterly disgusting. I paid on saturday at the store for my goods they promised id recieve them yesterday 07june 2021. Up to date i received no feedback from them. I keep calling and never get an answer. I need my stuff today. I have groceries that are gonna go off if i dont gety freezer today. They just dont care. This is no way to treat clients. I just want the goods that i paid for today!!!
