Putrid Service Delivery from Game

Recently bought a microwave at Game Online Store. Took them almost 2weeks to deliver. Upon delivery found out they sent me a microwave that's mulfunctioning, because I always test appliances on the first day. Immediately logged a return... It's more than a week now, nobody came to collect the broken microwave.

I took it upon myself to take the microwave to my nearest game store, they are telling me I must wait for the online store, they cannot assist me with return or refund.

Please don't waste your time buying from them. You will wait for eternity and not get any feedback from them. You'll be left to deal with your own problems that you bought from them.
