Purchased TV online from Game with no delivery
I have purchased a tv online from Game on 25 January, 8AM. delivery is between 3 to 5 days. after 6 days i called to find out what was happening. spoke to Brandon from their online department. i was told it will be sorted and that he would contact me later to confirm. i received no call. called the next day and spoke to a lady by the name of Krystin who assured me that it would be resolved. still nothing. Today is the 6 February and still no TV. Called again now they say no stock and waiting for stock. why dont they advise customers.
most horrible service ever.

06 Feb 2018, 14:13So game now contacted me to tell me that they expect new stock by the 8 of February. This is still not guaranteed. They also advised that they can refund me and that it would take a further 14 days for this to happen. Really this is a joke. I am not interested in a refund, I want the same or better.
