Purchased good still hasnt arrived!

I purchased the tablet deal from the N City store on the 7 August 2015. I Politely waited outside the store in the que only to be pushed passed once the doors opened. The store only had +/-20 deals on the floow of which only 10 people got and was grabbed up by those who weren't in first in the que. I further waited for more than an hour only to be told that stock is all the store received but 118 would still be sent to the store. I was then given a green slip and proceeded to pay the R1000 for the goods despite not having it in my possession. I was told that the stock should arrived the following week. I then waited and placed a call to follow up the following, again I was told no stock had been received yet and it should arrive the following week. Last week I phoned again and again I was told that the stock would arrive this week. Well its Friday today and the week has passed with no phone call or follow up from Games side. I don't care what you have to do to get me what I paid for but I want that tablet deal before September 1st! I have two very disappointed children because of Games antics and quite frankly I have been a loyal customer to Game for years, this is unacceptable!
