Purchased a Defy Front Loader 3 days ago, it leaks

Purchased a Defy Front Loader 3 days ago, it leaks. Advised Game that it is faulty and must be replaced. This was a cash purchase. They seem to find it an inconvenience to pick op the Defy machine that is 20 km away, and replace it. They want a female to load it and deliver it in one piece to the store as it is more convenient for them. Fairly impossible. So no service can be done in good time because they cannot fetch it, cannot replace it due to stock, and cannot even be sure that they can do an immediate refund. There is absolutely no sense of accountability from them, despite them having the money in their account and me sitting with a faulty product. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend the store to anyone.
