Purchase of Stove

I purchased an oven, Hob and Extractor at Game on the 21/09. On the day of purchase Game did not advise that they were out of stock of the Hob. we then arranged collection and only for the person collecting to be told there didn't have stock of the Hob. ( 23rd /09). It is now 2 October and Game has not called to apologize nor to advise us when the Hob will be in stock. I am really upset by the treatment that I have received from Game. tHEY SHOULD HAVE ADVISED US ON THE VERY DAY OF PURCHASE THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK , WE COULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am trying to call through today and there is no answer at this dept. Game account number ********** ********** 71970
